Have an Attitude of Gratitude

We should do this all the time but this is the time of year when we concentrate on what makes us Grateful or Thankful My list is long.

I am thankful for a God who created me, knows me and cares for me. Also for a God who continuosly forgives me when I have gone astray.

I am thankful for my families, my own family, my work family and my church family.

I am thankful for my husband Ernie, who loves me and shares his life with me.

I am thankful for the freedom I enjoy as a citizen of the United States.

I am thankful to work at a place where I can love God openly and share my belief with others.

I am thankful for al the Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and Therapists who take care of me and help me to live a productive life.

I am thankful for Dogs, especially those that have been my companions in life and especially for our current dog Swee Dee.

I am thankful for music and the ability to sing, especially in my church choir.

I am thankful for a love of reading which brings me much happiness.

And my list could go on and on....

Remember to stop and take time this Holiday Season to practice an attitude of gratitude.

If you suffer from Chronic Pain like I do, it is especially important to make gratitude a part of you r life as it will go a long way in helping you to

Think, Live and Be Painfree...

Until next time,

Joy
